We are the Buckles family! My name is Summer and my husband’s is Trent. We met and fell in love in 2016, and after a few years of being together, we decided we wanted to be with each other forever so we got married. It’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made so far!

Having our first child and being able to bring a baby into our family is our dream; However, In 2019, I was diagnosed with PCOS which causes issues with the reproductive system. Even though we have struggled conceiving, we have always held onto the hope that one day we may just be the parents we have always wanted to be.

We have been actively trying to conceive for a few long years. In October of 2023 we were referred to a fertility center in order to hopefully achieve our goal. In January of 2024 we had our very first appointment. Our fertility Doctor ordered several tests for the both of us to have completed over months.

On March 11th, 2024 little did we know we would receive heartbreaking answers. We were informed that we have a male factor and that the chances of us becoming pregnant on our own is little to none. Our next options are to try IUI and/or IVF. IUI is approximately $2,300 for a single cycle while IVF is $26,000. We began IUI on March 31st, 2024 and so far, it hasn’t been an easy process.

Our hearts are broken but we are still holding on to a little bit of hope. Please consider helping us continue our journey to starting our family. 🤍
